DeAndre Carroll

DeAndre has extensive experience teaching classes and conducting training on the use of various technologies. His experience includes organizing projects, writing specifications, and software development. He is also an experienced organizer having worked with various community organizations involved with educational partnerships and community enrichment. He is a dance instructor and choreographer, and has danced professionally.
Brian brings over ten years of industry experience with a wide-ranging list of technologies. His skills not only include Object-Oriented programming and web development but also system administration of various web and database application servers of both proprietary and open source varieties. He loves to paint, sculpture and cook.

ShaTin Rai

ShaTin has over ten years of industry experience, including six years of enterprise applications development with extensive participation in the end-to-end product life-cycle from modeling requirements and design to implementation and long-term maintenance support. His capabilities include both applications designing and coding as well as leading and managing projects. He is the founder of Thus Thought, a nonprofit with the goal of improving the quality of rural education in Nepal.

Michael Baranoff is a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with over ten years of experience in the IT industry. His expertise includes working with MySQL, Oracle, Java, PHP, Linux in an Agile environment. He enjoys being busy and is able to work on several concurrent projects at once. He has experience testing both back-end processes and front-end GUI.
 
Michael Caskey is the founder of Caskey Art and Development and is well versed in Quality UX, IxD, User Research, Web Design, Development, Marketing, Optimization, and E-commerce. He has 12 years of experience designing, redesigning, developing & marketing websites. He is a passionate, slightly obsessive, creative thinker, & he loves results. His favorite things are going outdoors with his wife and kids, music, a good laugh, electric cars, and nachos.
 
Greg Hartman is the owner of Livedog Productions and has extensive experience with HTML, fully positional CSS Web design, ColdFusion, Javascript, W3C Web standards, Section 508 accessibility standards, heuristic analysis, usability and user testing standards. He is proficient with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Freehand, Quark XPress, Ventura Pro, MS Office Suite, PageMaker and Corel Draw on both Mac and PC platforms. He also has extensive writing and editing experience on the Web, book publication, periodicals and marketing copy. He is a 2nd Degree Black Belt Instructor at Universal Kempo Karate Schools Association.
 
Rob Lee is a Systems Engineer who never fails to provide a solution to a problem, and never loses his cool in emergency situations. He has a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and started out his career 10 years ago as coordinator of technology for USA Volleyball. He is part of the Kentucky Fried Racing team, which uses a 1990 Honda equipped with the very best in 1980’s engine and computer technology, and augmented with a surplus navigation computer from the now abandoned Soviet Space Shuttle Buran.
 
Curtis Sandoval has taught himself extensive sets of technologies since the 1980s often in response to tasks that need to be completed using an unknown technology. He is a Software/CM/Systems Engineer recognized for his ability to complete tasks on time regardless of distraction or advance knowledge of the technologies used. He enjoys automating and streamlining every job he takes, which allows him to produce more and higher-quality work. He has developed many varied data mining and analysis tools using various technologies. He is often complimented on his willingness to help and mentor others.
 
Carl Strauss is a dedicated, self-motivated Database Engineer with knowledge and direct experience with: relational database management systems, customer relations, and acting as liaison between technical staff and clients. He is fluent with SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL and Crystal Reports in various RDBMS, such as Oracle and SQL Server. He meets deadlines, handles projects efficiently, motivates others and contributes ideas. He has practical experience starting and managing a business, and meeting customer demands within the constraints of a limited budget.
 
Greg Wiedeman’s passion for IT started when he first had a Commodore 64, with which he programmed in Basic an electronic version of choose your own adventure book series. He went on to become a Systems Engineer with MCSE for Windows NT4 certification and bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Regis University. He has experience managing client services, directing technical support as well as configuring, migrating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analyzing various types of servers. He likes to volunteer his time to nonprofit organizations and help them with their projects involving fixing computers, system administration and security. When he is not working he likes fishing and camping with the family as well as rollerblading.
 
Sergey Yermakov has twelve years experience being part of a software development team during its journey through various stages of business development – from the ‘Growth’ stage, through ‘Established’ and ‘Expansion’, to its current stage – Maturity, which has given him a great deal of skills and experience in various programming languages, operating systems, technologies and process methodologies. He has done post-graduate studies at Moscow State Institute of Electronic Engineering (Technical University) and is certified in Linux, Zend PHP 5, MySQL, C++ and TCP/IP.
